George Robert Hendry, the captain of the Island Sky, expressed his excitement about being the first to dock at the new terminal. "It is a wonderful opportunity for us to be the very first ship to dock at Casablanca’s new cruise terminal. It is rare to have the privilege of inaugurating such infrastructure," he said. "We are very pleased to see that this terminal fully meets the needs of all types of vessels. As captain, it is an honor to return to Casablanca under these conditions. It is a very special day for me, my crew, and our passengers," he added.

Passengers aboard the Island Sky also shared their positive experiences. Robert, a British traveler, remarked, "It’s a real joy to be here on such a beautiful day. Morocco is a wonderful country, and I hope to return often, especially after having already discovered Tangier." A Scottish couple echoed similar sentiments, stating, "We had a wonderful trip aboard the Island Sky, and the welcome in Casablanca was remarkable. Everything went smoothly in a very pleasant atmosphere."

Enhancing Casablanca’s Tourism Appeal
